Does anybody remember Nick (Winery, Swiss Restaurant)?

I'm writing a piece for the Highlander Neighborhood Monthly and am desperately trying to remember Nick's last name. Colorful, ebullient, somewhat eccentric Greek fella, had the Swiss Restaurant on Barrett (now condos next to the Monkey Wrench) and then the Winery, part of which is now occupied by Sweet & Savory. Anyone remember his name? I seem to remember it began with a "T" . . .

Nick Izamis . . . he now has the Bistro One restaurant in Madison Indiana (on Main St. there)
