Festival of Cheese

by Doug Chin » Fri Jul 04, 2008 5:23 am

Remember the “Festival of Cheese” that was held in Louisville a few years back?
The American Cheese Society is holding their conference in Chicago and will be having the taste, which is open to the public July 26.
This was the best taste we have had in Louisville and I bet it will be outstanding in the Windy City.
More Information at http://www.cheesesociety.org .
Great weekend trip.

I worked a booth at The Festival of Cheese for La Panzanella flat breads at the Louisville event. The Seelbach smelled like cheese for almost a week afterward. It was indeed an excellent event!
