Visiting High Point / Greensboro NC - Recommendations?

Hi folks - I will be visiting an old friend for a week in High Point, NC area. Any recommendations on some great restaurants? or Must Do's?

BBQ is the obvious answer. There are several around that are good, but try Stamey's for an interesting experience (http://www.stameys.com.) Order the chopped pork plate with slaw and hush puppies. When you get your food, try the slaw. You will swear that it is the god awfulest (is this a word?) thing you have ever tasted. Now put the slaw on the BBQ and welcome yourself to heaven. It is amazing how something that tastes so bad by itself, can taste so good with the BBQ it was meant to be with.
