While running errands today, we noticed some signs of things to come and a new (to me) sign. It looks like Caspian Grill, a Persian Bistro is opening in the old Sweet Surrender site next to Days Coffee. Further down I saw a sign for TC Chigago Hotdog stand at Deerpark (in the site that has been a Hawaiin ice place and several other incarnations) Parked in front was a large "TC Chicago Hotdog Van". There appeared to be a pretty good crowd in front. Out at Woodbourne, there is a sign at the previous Diamonte that said Marchello's is coming soon. Sounds like, despite the economy, some folks are still willing to take the chance.
