Chef Michael Hargrove goes to Mojito

This just in from Fernando at Mojito:

We have some exiting news to share with the forum. Michael Hargrove ex-chef at primo he joined our team and he will be running the kitchen with me at Mojito. We are really exited about having Michael joining our team and we are already working on a new menu that should come out really soon.

This is a great hire by Fernando. I have been fortunate to get to know Chef Hargrove over the last couple of months and his passion for his profession is inspiring. Mojito's is already recognized as one of the best and this addition will only serve to assure that it stays that way in the future. Congrats to both parties!

Does this mean we may start seeing some Spainish-style charcuterie in the Mojito future?
