brunch buffet... kid friendly as well?

can anyone suggest a good place to go for brunch? buffets are good when we have our girls with us because they get to pick and choose.....if any of you all have kids i am sure you have experienced ordering a whole plate for your child that they simply look at and dont want at all.......

we have done cunninghams alot of times....and the girls love it.....but were wondering if there was anywhere else that we could take them.......

Captain's Quarters is good for kids, as the buffet is "kid friendly" and you have the view of the river!

Also - while not a buffet - the Kingfish on the river (near Zorn) has added a huge kids playground and miniature golf between the restaurant & the river.

Science Hill in Shelbyville is a great choice! My friend is the Chef/owner and she sometimes brings her little ones on Sunday..

On Mother's Day, my family had brunch at Limestone. They actually had a small buffet set up for kids with choices such as mac and cheese. It was even set on a table that was lower so that kids could help themselves. There was also a pancake station where they were doing pancakes with chocolate chips for the kids. I'm pretty sure they have a regular brunch, but I'm not sure if those are things that are always offered, or if they were special for Mother's Day. The food was excellent all around if it's a regular thing.

Norma Jean's in La Grange has a great brunch buffet and is very kid friendly. I have brought my 4 year old and 10 month old along on several Sundays and they are always welcomed, and love the food! They have a great waffle bar, omelette station and many of the usual brunch standards. And you can't beat the price!

The Bristol....pick your location...has a really nice brunch buffet. Never had a problem taking kids there at all.
