Crossroad Vitners and Stratto's will be hosting a Argentinean Wine Dinner

1st Course Chicken Empanadas served with spicy tomato sauce.

2nd Course White Asparagus salad with Watercress and Romano

3rd Course Shrimp sautéed in a sauce with Pimento, Pumpkin seed,and Cilantro, served with wild rice

4th Course Argentinean Mixed Grilled, Flank steak, and Pork tenderloin with chimichurri sauce and potato cayenne puffs, and grilled vegetable gratin

5th Course Dulce de Leche with Lady fingers , and strawberries
6:30 pm $90.00 per couple

On a side note, I am sure the wine parings will be very good wines. Louie from Vintners always does an excellent job.
