The relatives on my mom's side came over from New Albany to the West End when it was still white. Those old Germans were some fantastic people. I guess I need to see if Toast is as good as NEC.

Robert, believe it or not, I'm doing all I can do to get your attention and invite you to behave in a way that will make it possible for me to allow you to continue to participate here. You, sir, are on a very short rope, and it is a rope of your own making.

Allow me to re-post the challenge I gave you (and to which you declined to reply substantively) in the "BLT" thread in the Offlines Forum.

Robert, as everyone here understands, no one here is trying to (make you) change your opinions.

However, you are being boisterous and obnoxious in someone else's living room, and I have every right to ask you to behave well, regardless of whether you agree with us.

I accepted you back in the forum after a longtime banning because we all felt great sympathy for you with your wife's passing. We treated you as a friend, expressed compassion and tried to help. At that time I asked you to please not put me in this position again.

But now here you are, just a couple of months later, spamming and trolling the forum with contentious posts.

It is NOT (about) what you think. It's the way you express yourself.

I am posting this in public because I frankly want my position to be abundantly clear, to you and to everyone. I have given you chance after chance after chance, but you must meet us halfway. And if you think this lecture is coming at you because you like chains and I don't, then I'm afraid there's no use in my beating my head against this particular brick wall any longer.
