I must say something about Huber's. IMO they have the best fried chicken around! Also, the fried biscuits w/ their own homemade apple butter. They also make some of their own dressings. I think that place screams hometown, Southern Indiana Original. I think that they have proven, that with great recipes, hard work and consistency it can pay off and it has for them. Even with the trip you have to take to get there. So yes, long live Huber's!!!

We do -- about three blocks away, and an easy five minute walk.

It's hard not to go three or four nights a week.
