Tea Event/Ceremony

Crane House, The Asia Institute, Inc., is hosting a tea event. The evening will begin with a Japanese tea ceremony demonstration by Keiko Kuwabara of the Greater Louisville Japan Center. Next, Jewel’s Tea House will discuss different varieties of loose tea, how to brew tea, and will offer a sample of oolong tea. Finally, John Conti Coffee Co. will talk about iced teas, the areas from where John Conti imports tea, and will offer an iced tea sample.
Location: Crane House
Cost: $10 per person, or $15 per couple.
