I pulled this from a Help Wanted on Craiglist. This place is near my home. Has anyone heard a thing about Sake Blue?

I heard it was the sister store of Sakura Blue, which is the sushi spot I frequent most. Close to home, with penny sake carafes on Tuesday. I'll definitely try Sake Blue when it opens.

"Sake Blue Japanese Bistro is prepping for an opening the third week of June at 9326 Cedar Center Way in the Cedar Springs shopping center, off Bardstown Road near the Snyder Freeway. In addition to a dining room and traditional cocktail bar, it will have a sushi bar and eight hibachi grill tables."

Hopefully this will turn out to be a good place.

Has anyone tried Sake Blue Japanese Bistro yet? I haven't heard anything about it yet. Thanks.

My good friend has tried Sake Blue. He said the menu looked somewhat like Sapparo; I'm not sure if that means availability. However, He said the food was excellent and I trust that review.
