Milk crates

by Ryana D » Sun May 25, 2008 12:41 am

Does anyone know where I might be able to get or buy 6 to 10 milk crates? I have found that have are great for staking and organizing. Since I hook this weekend to clean out, I need more. Thanks

Although not "authentic" milk crates, you can buy replicas at Target, WalMart, any place that carries plastics for storage.

i have about 30 of them at baxter station that i would love to get rid of. mainly red, blue and green. it will take a little elbow grease to get them clean, but you are welcome to as many as you want. i can put them out by the dumpster if you want to pick them today or tomorrow.
i'll be heading up there about 2:30. you can call me there 584-1635.

BUMMER!!!
the companies that bring them, never want to take them back... hate to just throw them away, because they would probably take about a half million years in a land fill to break down...
maybe this will change with the oil situation??? if plastic is in any way oil related, then someone will start to grab all they can...
if anyone else wants some, please let me know.

Surprised that they don't want them back. They make great storage shelves. They stack well. I have six linear feet of them to the ceiling in my workshop. They can be bolted together and attached to the wall and are strong and stable.

I can take a few of those off of your hands. Let me know what night you are putting them out.

If you still have some of these, I'll take a few.
