HELP - I need to borrow a welding helmet ASAP

by Marsha L. » Mon May 19, 2008 5:48 pm

....like tomorrow, or Wednesday at the latest.

I will only need it for a few hours and I will treat it like gold and return it promptly. There won't be any welding going on anywhere near it, either. It will be a prop in a video.

Time is of the essence, people. Robin, you can move this thread tomorrow evening (or just delete it).

I know someone out there has a welding mask or helmet or knows someone that has one in their garage. The person who finds me the helmet gets to know why I need it (kinky, I know! 8) ) - otherwise, it's sort of a secret.

I'll drop the fire helmet off tomorrow, Marsha. I'll see if I can scrounge up a LARGE CO2 fire extinguisher for you as well. Who knew that being a creative pastry chef was so fraught with peril. Remember, cut the green wire first (or was it the red wire first?) No matter, we got your noggin covered! If you don't need it just PM me in the AM.

Wow, I don't know what to say. I'm gonna have to come up with something harder to come by :D

If you guys are convenient to Lou Lou, I'd love to see both helmets. Thank you. Both of you are so strong and so handsome and so smart and so graceful and catlike on your feet and have such a sense of style and..... such nice wives!

I've heard of carrying a torch for someone, but this is a bit extreme Marsha! :-)
