NRA Show!!! It's here and I'm ready to go...

No, not the gun people that invade our fair city this weekend....

I mean the other NRA "National Restaurant Association" show in Chicago.....

If any other "Forumites" are going (besides myself), Maybe we could meet up and have a cocktail at one of the many vendor soirees after the doors close at McCormick Place....

Dan I'd be interested in hearing what, if anything, the association has to say about coping with the increased , exorbitant costs of staples. I think most restaurants are equipped to deal with the usual 10-15% increases but how are they suppose to deal with 500% increases in grain and 300% in dairy (and on and on)?
Please bring back info on what the rest of the industry is doing. I'd be curious.
