A great breakfast sandwich at Lynns

I needed a quick breakfast this morning and stopped by Lynn's Paradise Cafe. I was really in the mood for a breakfast sandwich and asked if I could order off the menu. They made the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten:
Fried egg over medium, cheddar cheese, and fried green tomatoes on a sandwich roll with a side of Parmesan mayo and cheese grits.

I ate at the bar and the food and service were both great !!!!!

Yummy. I bet that would be really good as a late night snack! So is that a normal menu item there?
