In Buffalo Kentucky, there is Little Brushy Creek Farm. It is owned by Ray Kruse. Ray raises goats and sells meat, cheese, etc. He has been a major player in the Kentucky movement to legally sell raw milk. He has a really neat farm and makes great conversation. If he knows you are coming he will have out several types of his cheese for you to sample.

Also, go to http://www.eatwild.com and you can find a lot of organic farms in Kentucky. They are always fun to visit.
The path to progress, though not always smooth, was blazed by men of restless intelligence, tinkerers seized with a vision of change.

Thanks for the great tips. We visited the spring festival. Their property is a little pastoral paradise. My children loved the newborn goats, and we took home an oozing wedge of tomme. It's getting warm and more oozing under my cheese dome as I type. I'm looking forward to getting some local meat when we go strawberry picking at the end of the month.
