Idaho Basa- Potato encrusted fish fillet with Dijon cream sauce served with
leeks.
Bourbon St. Scallops -- Pan-seared Scallops tossed with pasta in a rich
lobster sauce.
Pork loin Savannah – tender pork loin covered with peaches and brandy
demi-glace, served with mashed potatoes and veg du jour.
