Well it is all over.....whew. I loved the picture with all the req tickets on it. We were in the heat of things on Sat Evening and My Chef hung all the tickets and just seconds later there is a chain of them 6 foot long. I thought he was gonna cry. The look on his face was like oooohhhh noooo. So we seat 130ppl all at same time and battled out of it....lol Tough Weekend but a nice change from what has been lack luster days.

Hop all the rest of you have recovered by now...:)

Just when you thought it was safe.....Mother's Day looms like a big storm that is hovering overhead, but yes, it will blow through eventually.

I hate to gloat, but I have put my time in on the Derby craziness, but I had no Derby business, since we are off the beaten path and actually had Derby Eve and Derby Day off. I am probably the only chef who had this off inthe Metro area. For the first time in 17 years... that being said, this is a yearly ritual all of us go through, but getting through those two nights relatively unscathed gives one a sense of accomplishment.
