The organizer is Phyllis Santos (502) 584-9781

The only restaurant I know of that is participating is Amerigo. According to organizers, there should be close to 30 restaurants. It takes place from 6-9 on Thursday night at the Galt House.
I am waiting on more information myself. They do still have tickets available for $65/ea

Is it open to the public, or by invitation only? We've had no news release or announcement of any kind.

Open to the public, but tickets must be purchased in advance. They have 50 tickets left for sales at $65 ea
You have to pick them up at Easter Seals 9810 Bluegrass Parkway from 8-5 next to the Hummer dealership

I didn't get 30 restaurants out of Phyllis but I did get the following:
Amerigo
Bella Vita
Goose Creek Diner
Mazzoni's Oyster
Smoketown BBQ
Butterfly Cafe
Tony BoomBoz
Krispy Kreme

Hmmm ...

There's a Bella Vita restaurant in Indianapolis -- Fishers, actually. It's at the Marina at Geist Reservoir. And they're almost done building a second one here in New Castle, Indiana.

Maybe that's it? If so, I think you're in for a treat!

So is pizza flavored beer, but I guess it takes all kinds? I like beer that tastes like BEER. As for Krispy Kreme, they have their place, but I don't think I would have chosen them. It has to be tough to get restaurants to participate with it being such a busy day.

I am not going to attend, but I hope David will give us some feedback on the event. I was not even aware of it until Tuesday and couldn't move things around to get there.
