Saki Blue Japanese Bistro

I was pulling out of the shopping center at Bardstown and the Gene Snyder (Kroger and Walmart are located there) and noticed on the sign at the street--Saki Blue Japanese Bistro. I didn't have time to go back to investigate but I think it is a few doors up from the new Moe's. Finally, somebody has enough business sense to bring a good ethnic restaurant to this part of town where we live. It is surprising that it has taken so long considering the buildup of fairly affluent housing just south of the Snyder in the Glenmary developments. Anybody have more info on this latest development?

Yes, it is going to be a Japaneese Steak house. As it was planned it should be a very nice up scale addition!

Fern Creek is the "vast waste land" of restaurants. DQ, Frischs, Beef O'Bradys and, gag a maggot, Ryans.

Best places are Royal Garden buffet and Louisville Pie Kitchen. Both very good.
