Taste of Derby Festival - who is going?

Hi all!
After 6 years here in the 'Ville, hubby and I finally were in town and able to get tickets for the Taste of Derby festival tomorrow. Wondering if any forumites will be there - either dining or cooking? Hope to see some folks!

I loved it when it was at the Palace, but the last time we went (2 yrs ago) I had a panic attack. I wish they could spread it out a bit more... other than that, the food was always great.

Stop by our booth at Consumers Choice Coffee. We are going to be making an iced coffee drink called Java Julep. It is a mixture of iced coffee,bourbon, chocolate and mint. It is sure to cool you off and you'll probably need it. It's supposed to get up to 80 today and it sure gets crowded there. All forumites stop by and say hello.

I will be there with some other members of the Bryant Dist. crew, pouring some beer. I believe we are pouring our Raspberry Hefeweizen, Summer Kolsch, Number 15 and Dry-Hopped APA. If anyone feels so inclined, stop by and say hi. I'd love to put some faces to names. See you all there.

I too will be pouring beer with a Bryant rep. I'll have my regular three: KY Light, KY Ale, and KY Bourbon Barrel Ale. I'll also have a sample of a collectible bottle we just released which benefits Old Friends thoroughbred retirement farm and the Don MacBeth Memorial Fund for injured and disabled riders. Stop by and say hello!

Rick, I didn't even see you guys there!!! Unfortunately, KY state law states that no distributor rep can pour beer. So, I was stuck pouring by myself all night. Bummer. I didn't get to try a lot of stuff that I wanted to. Sorry I missed you. I'll drop off some samples for you guys next time I am out near CQ.
