Another Bardstown Rd addition

I just noticed a new sign today at Bardstown and Edenside, next to Day's Espresso. It says "Persian Bistro -- Restaurant and Grill Coming Soon".

Did Edenside Gallery shut down, or is this on the other side of Day's?
