Rabbit

by Suzi Bernert » Thu Apr 05, 2007 10:51 pm

The Farmer's markets at Bardstown Rd and Meyzeek Middle School have had rabbit from Boston, KY (cannot remember the name of the purveyer), processed, cut up, in a vacumn package, usually processed the day before. I get some several times a season and it is very good. Might look at Btown Rd. on Sat.

Kingsley's Meats sells a whole cut up fresh but frozen rabbit from a local farm. Very good tasting rabbit.
