Dane Narbaitz of Long Shadows, Food & Wine Magazine's "2007 Winery of the Year," will host a dinner in Louisville. Dean Corbett and his team have created a five-course menu to be paired with five wines from the Long Shadows family that will include wines from John Duval (former winemaker of Penfold's Grange) and Michel Rolland (Bordeaux's famous and controversial winemaker and consultant).
