Campbell's Gourmet Cottage has its full Spring 2008 cooking schedule online, and there's a lot of really interesting options there, including classes taught by local chefs (Porcini, Volare, Stan's and many more), and a Beer 101 course on April 24 led by none other than Roger A. Baylor.

I am so glad to see this schedule posted. I'm looking forward to the Wusthof knife skills class. I haven't even used the Wusthof set of knives I recently purchased. I have been waiting on this class to hone my knife handling skills. Plus, I am moving soon and needed to get everything all packed up to go.
