Bristol in Jeffersonville to open this Friday

I was hired by the Bristol and trained there all last week...unfortunatly I had to let them know I won't be able to work for them as my obligations at my other job have me VERY busy.

That being said, I am told that the doors will open this Friday to the public. The menu looks great, the restaurant is very nice and quaint, all the managers are training the staff VERY well. I wish them the best of luck and hope for a great run in southern Indiana.

As a side note, they are selling tickets for "Thunder Over Louisville" and have a GREAT view from the main dining room.

We tested it out tonight! I love it. The patio is fantastic, the inside was great! I am so happy to have this in Indiana. It even looked like there were some new menu items at this location. I noticed good team work amongst the servers and for only being open so recently, we had good service! I even heard there is breakfast in the works there??!! DO TELL!

Yes, Breakfast (as well as AM room service) is indeed in the works, it will start once the Sheraton is open. The menu is extensive and looked great from what I saw when I was there. I believe they will open at either umm...lets say for now 5-7am (somewhere in-between...I forget ).

As for the staff, I am glad to hear you enjoyed them, most of them are from Stratto's! Which means either Trevor or I trained them...hehe - we musta' done somethn' right! (Sorry, Southern Indiana came out).

My wife and I ate lunch there on Friday. The black bean soup was excellent and the Bristol burger was its usual self. Excellent service, delightful facility, and, of course, there is that awesome view!
