I was hired by the Bristol and trained there all last week...unfortunatly I had to let them know I won't be able to work for them as my obligations at my other job have me VERY busy.
That being said, I am told that the doors will open this Friday to the public. The menu looks great, the restaurant is very nice and quaint, all the managers are training the staff VERY well. I wish them the best of luck and hope for a great run in southern Indiana.
As a side note, they are selling tickets for "Thunder Over Louisville" and have a GREAT view from the main dining room.
