Chef Harold Baker will be cooking

Idaho Grouper- Grouper filet encrusted with shredded potatoes, topped with a Dijon cream sauce- served with sautéed leeks.

Filet Oscar- tenderloin filet with crabmeat served with a hollandaise sauce and asparagus
Black eyed pea stew- served over rice

The music begins at 6:30 and ends at 10:30
