PR: Avery Brewing beer dinner @ 60 West

News release from 60 West:

60 West Bistro and Martini Bar will be hosting a beer dinner on April 3rd. The beers we are featuring are from Avery Brewing company out of Boulder, Colorado. We will be serving some of their seasonal and big beers. You can go to averybrewing.com and check them out. There will be a gathering beer when guests arrive. Then we move on to 5 courses prepared by chefs Timothy Smith and Chris Vanhoozer, and paired with some of Boulder's finest brew. We will be ending with a nice treat at the end of the dinner.

The dinner starts at 6:00pm and you can rsvp by emailing elliot at 60westbistro.com or call the restaurant at (502) 719-9717. Ask for Elliot or Ayesha. We are stopping at 50 reservations. Please make only serious reservations and make them quick. Spots are filling up quickly.

The cost is on this dinner is $55 after tax and gratuity. menu is as followed:

1st Course – Maharaja Imperial IPA
Fresh Baby Arugula and Frisee, Kenny’s Farmhouse Peppercorn Asiago, Fresh Mango, Toasted Pine Nuts, Honey Lime Vinaigrette

2nd Course – Salvation Ale
Pan Seared Jumbo Scallop, Creamed Leeks, Sauteed Shiitake Mushrooms, Crispy Pancetta, Chive Oil

3rd Course – New World Porter
Grilled Lamb Chops, Mole Sauce, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, BBQ Red Onions

4th Course – Reverend
Braised Bison Chuck Roast, Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes, Natural Beef Jus, Fiddlehead

5th Course – Czar
Deconstructed Carmel Apple
Gala Apple, Toasted Pecans, Caramel Sauce, Almond Lace Cookie, Shaved Chocolate
