Downtown+Smoking Friendly

Does anyone know of a restaurant/ bar with food downtown where one can still smoke?
Friends and I are going to a show at Actor's Theater and some like to light up with a drink.

The BBC Tap Room still offers smoking although we don't have food. You are welcome to bring a picnic with you.

Primo is an excellent place to go before a show, and they allow smoking in the bar. You can dine from the full menu at the bar or move to a table.
