Uno Chicago Grill closed

Got an Email this morning from the Uno co. They have closed the Louisville Uno. I feel bad for the staff, but that place pretty much sucked. I am from Chicago,and that was not nearly as good as the original, which wasnt that good to begin with. Hope the staff can find work.

My hubby and I used to enjoy going there up until a few years ago. The quality of the food really slid, and one night, we went there with some friends, and the service was terrible. After a 45 minute wait with no food, and no drinks ( and the place was EMPTY) we cancelled our orders and went elsewhere.

I agree. The Grill concept is an abomination. I do like Uno and Due in Chicago.

When Uno's first opened in Fern Creek, they rocked. I lived there and frequented the place. I moved away in 2000 and can't say what happended after that. They had great food, especially the meatloaf sammie and the deep dish pizza.
