Not as such, but I am almost sure that Rosticeria Luna on Preston, an *excellent* small eatery - not really a taqueria but a roast chicken joint that also has tacos - boasts a Colombian heritage. In fact, I believe it's owned by a fellow who learned the restaurant business as a principal of Colombia's popular Pollo Loco chain.

Thanks, Robin. Over the weekend, I dined at a great Colombian place in Clevelad, TN. The food was fantastic and a bit exotic. (Tongue in creole sauce) (Which I did not try) I was hoping we had one close. We will try Luna on Preston.

If you are looking for tongue, several of Louisville's taquerias offer la lengua.
