Drove past Mojitos after dinner. It looks ready to go. Very nice looking room.

The lights have been on, the outside is covered, and a 'now hiring' sign is up!!!! Whoo hoo!!! Can't WAIT!

It is indeed - the place where La Peche II used to be, just down from where Gaslight Liquors used to be.

The window wraps are off and the interior looks ready to roll. Hey Fernando and Marco, when is the big day?!

I was told next week. I stopped in on Sunday. They were doing a private party.

Im glad to say I have had the inside track on this one. I've been in Mojito's plenty of times watching the construction and tasting Fernando's menu ideas. Just wait you all, he's going to grab your interest and taste buds again! The presentation is going to be outstanding! It will be well worth it so, hurry up and wait. Only a few weeks left. Congrats Fernando, you rock!
