Jay, as I found out the other day when I went in to take the picture, they are on the dinner menu, not the lunch menu, but they'll gladly make you one at lunch if they have dough made. So if you're going over at lunch JUST for a pizza, it would make sense to call ahead.
Anyone who knows Caffe Classico only as a coffee shop and paninini spot really ought to go for dinner, though. They really do turn it into quite a little bistro, with a much more extensive menu. I've been very impressed, but then, it's one of my go-to-relax favorites.
