Highlands Boombozz to expand, add 30 microbrew taps

by Robin Garr » Mon Feb 25, 2008 4:18 pm

Just got this news item from Tony "Boombozz" Palombino, who reports big changes in the works for their Highlands operation. I've requested more info, including details on the 30 beer handles and how well local micros will be represented. Looks like a hit, in any case.

"We have signed on to lease the remaining 2,600 square feet of the Highlands location for a total of 3,800. The location will be named BOOMBOZZ PIZZA & TAP HOUSE. It will be a full service location that will feature up to 30 micro brews on tap and an expanded menu."

Robin, when you check out a place like that, would you change the name to "BoomBUZZ"? just wondering

I put vegetables in your desserts, white chocolate with your fish and other nonsense stuff that you think shouldn't make sense, but coax the nonsense into something that makes complete sense in your mouth. Just open your mind, mouth and eat.

you guys need to make sure you keep it legit and do it under the cover of night, in a small boat.
that'd be a interesting visual.
