Does anyone know if all the Louisville Breadworks are owned by the same person/partnership/company?
Are they locally owned?
and,if so, do you know the person to contact with a problem/complaint?

email or PM is fine

Thanks

I believe they are owned by the same company. I was in the Douglass Loop store once and one of the employees was telling a customer that the owner was at a different store that day but would be in the following day.

Not much help here, but I'm pretty sure it's a local chain-like institution. Mary Wheatley used to work at the Brownsboro Road location (and it was a special place when she did). She's pretty accessible - maybe could give you chapter and verse if you can't get it anywhere else?

It is a local chain, run by mother and daughter. Mary Wheatley is a good contact.
