Red X.

Robin, it looks like there should be a pic above "Louisville" on the LHB header. There is an outline of a rectangular window with a red x in the top left corner. That would seem to indicate an image should be viewed there. ???

Hmm, I guess you're using Explorer? It doesn't show in Firefox. One of the tech types is wrestling with getting a hotspot on the forum header so people can easily click to the LouisvilleHotBytes home page, but the freaky combination of phpBB3 and CSS and a bunch of other arcane stuff is making the job much less than straightforward. The would-be image is just blank, but please ignore it until it goes away. ;)

Being as I am employed in an MS IE world, Firefox is not my friend. I have grown fond of IE7 and it serves me well. I shall ignore the red x and the rectangular box.

I thought you worked for a health-insurance company.

In any case, try to keep your eyes from rolling back in your head. :) We'll make the Red X go away soon.

That's not an MS/IE world, it's a health-insurance world.

Here, this explains much. (Caution, a few comments in this video are not for the prudish.)

I have to admit that was funny as hell. Not true, but funny nonetheless.

They're working on this today. For what it's worth, the red X does not show in Safari on the iPhone.

That's not infamous. Chains are infamous. Gannett is infamous. Hunger, poverty and chaotic climate change are infamous. A Red X in some browsers is not infamous, it's only irritating.

But we're all glad it's gone. :)

Hey, where'd the red "x" go? I miss it!

(Just kidding. I never even saw the red "x").
