Disappointing, but not shocking.

The area is expanding and developing impressively. There are a number of projects in the making at this time that will open in the coming months. The streetscape project is coming to a close and will present a new look to the area come late spring.

My guess is that some type of beer-centric place with sports screens and/or interactive entertainment will make its way in there. That or yet another Mexican-themed place with a lot of beer and tequila. I hope I'm wrong and we'll get something similar qualitywise to Nami. But it seems that the trend is more inclined towards simpler food fare and more booze and fun.

Yeah, I think Edward Lee dropping out of it and then the original chef being replaced didn’t help.

What I find baffling is the announcement, only a week earlier about the renovated space upstairs and the new Chef (Bruce Emperor?). Didn't they give this some thought before deciding to close?
