I'm making my first visit to Corbett's tomorrow night for Valentine's Day. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Also, do they have a website yet???

I don't think they have a website yet but I got the current regular menu last month and posted it to Consuming Louisville. They may have changed/updated the menu or perhaps are running a special menu for Valentine's Weekend but the menus I've posted should give you some ideas, if that's the information you're looking for.

they are currently in the process of developing their website but you can get a glimpse of their web page on OpenTable

I hope this helps for now!

The pork chop at Corbett's is wonderful. I also find that Dean's folks always do today's freshest fish really well.

Good leads

Thanks, Michelle. The menu you have gives me a very good idea - and makes me even more excited. I'm sure if there is a different Valentine's Day menu, it will be just as great.

You're very welcome. You'll have to let us know how it goes and what all you eat so we can live vicariously through you.

Will do

Definitely. More importantly, hopefully my wife enjoys! I'll post on the experience, and I predict a positive.

I wonder if Corbett checks these blogs, and now knows that I'm coming. . .
