cuban pizza

Have been enjoying cuban style pizza. The crust is soft and a great leftover for reheating.
Wondering if it is available in north or east Louisville.
The pizza we had at Chiquita bakery on poplar level was excellent !

There is, or was, a Cuban bakery in a tiny strip at the southeast corner of Lyndon Lane and New Lagrange Road that advertised Cuban pizza. I keep meaning to get there, but like so much else, haven't managed it.

Damn! The Google says it's permanently closed. I need to do better about following up on these rumors. This looked good, too.

Sweet Havana in Newburg isn't quite east or north, but they sell Cuban pizzas and I've liked the food I've had from there (never tried that though).
