I saw a show on TV that did a piece on the history of White Castle and their whole concept was based on cleanliness. Their creator chose the name and decor in an effort to convey cleanliness.

loaded up last night on a midnight run. Snagged a dozen cheese burgers, half dozen jalapeño cheese burgers, and four bacon cheese burgers. White Castle-rific as always! Plus the lady working the counter is an absolute hoot. She really made our return an extremely fun experience!

Yaaa White Castle! (and no, we didn't eat that entire load all last night, just most of it...)
