Okay, better news yet: No absolute guarantees, but we've made a global tweak that should bring back MOST of the pictures in older posts. Check 'em out and I think you'll find that most of your pix are back now, Doogy. I'm looking at them in the White Castle thread, for instance, and it looks good from here. Keep 'em coming, Doogy!

Thanks. This pleases Doogy. Almost as much as a grilled cheese sandwich made with Velveeta.

And obviously, this pic was before the FDA determined Velveeta wasn't really processed cheese product. But I like it anyhow.

Steve, that's not correct. I'm looking at the forum in Firefox ver 2.0.0.12 right now, and both VIEW > TEXT SIZE > INCREASE and the keyboard shortcut CTRL-+ work exactly as they should.

In that light, I'll reserve judgment on the merits of your other comments. ;)

The standard tools in Firefox for changing the font do indeed work, as you say.

The clickable font tool in the upper righthand corner produces Javascript errors in Firefox 2.0.0.12.

I'm seeing the javascript errors pop up with each click, and the clicks do nothing. The phpBB software clearly has a bug here.

Perhaps in that light, you'll take what I say seriously. :) I am an experienced web programmer, but it doesn't even take those skills to know when a feature is broken.

It's also interesting how the red oval just turned into a big pizza UFO over Louisville. :D

Question about pix. Am I missing something or do the pix need to be hosted out on the web? I tried to upload a pic from my hard drive and was unable to do so.

Linking from the Web is fine, but the option is there, it's just a little complicated to learn at first.

Open a reply or post window and look under the entry frame. See the "upload attachment" tab? Play around with it, and you'll see how it works. You can upload attachments up to a certain size, and then direct the system to display them inline.

The new forum looks great- I think it is very readable- I doubt I will run into the problems others have expressed as I don't possess the technical capabilities even to know what is being discussed.
However I am curious about two small things; Why do some of the post logos scroll and others don't; and why do some have red stars in them?
I told you they were small things.

The rolling logos denote "hot topics," with lots of recent posts.

I'm not positive about the stars, myself! I'll try to find out.

I think a red star = "you posted in this thread"

Maybe you've been having some of those Mojito's Deb has been consuming. :)

Also, whose pie is that? I think Primo's looks a whole lot better than that.
