Thai Chicken Thru the Wringer

by Ray Griffith » Sun Aug 25, 2024 11:57 pm

A long long time ago in Pattaya Beach, I had a chicken Tom Yum soup and the chicken seemed to be pulled right off of the bird as if someone’s momma did it. As of yet, every Thai restaurant in the US in which I’ve dined uses preformed chicken in their dishes. To narrow my question down, is there one in Kentuckiana that uses not so processed yard birds?

Time 4 Thai, nope.
Simply Thai, nope

Ray, I can't tell you from experience, but I might take a risk with Mai's Thai, where they seem to do things home-cooking style, mostly.
