Dang. Now I'll have to find a comparably priced alternative to Old Forester. :(

Well, yeah, but it's more in line with UK tradition. Remember Adolph Rupp and his all-white basketball teams long after most college teams were fully integrated?

I'm more surprised the state legislature is allowing UofL to continue it's DEI initiatives, at least for now. It's a deep red state, Republicans have a super-majority, and this is one of their bread and butter issues with their voters.

Old Forester was a secret to us “seasoned” drinkers for the longest time, now it seems B-F has figured it out and priced themselves accordingly. It’s not the value that it once was….its still my house bourbon tho, most of the time

Old Fo 86 was still the bottle on my home bar, which is not extensive. It now shares space with Evan Williams Kentucky Straight, which is a few bucks cheaper and also very tasty to my not-so-elevated taste buds.

Okay, posting my story now, get ready ...
