Pig Beach BBQ already closed

I have never eaten there, bbq out of New York didn't entice me. But I got the impression they were doing fairly well. They seemed involved in many events, anyway. Maybe that building is just too big and needs divided up?

Tumbleweed died of old age, the Mexican place was just plain not good, and I never got to Pig Beach myself. I've heard that the Waterfront Development Corporation expects a substantial lease payment for that property because it's a great location, but it's apparently a hard nut to crack.
