Just putting in a shameless plug for this stuff. It is locally owned and made Venezuelan hot sauce with a creme base. It's fairly mild, but still has a kick. The creme helps smooth it out. It's priced just under $10 for a 5 oz. bottle and is available at Lotsa Pasta, or they also have been at the Douglass Loop farmers market on Saturdays and the Norton Commons one on Sundays. You can get a free sample on an empanada (or taste it straight on a spoon) if you visit them there.

That sounds great, Nathaniel! We usually go to the St. Matthews farmers market, but I'd definitely hit up one of those others for a try.
