Something about Umiya in particular or Indian food in general, Mark?
I love Indian food and will definitely check it out. It's also fascinating how Hurstbourne seems to be turning into an India strip with a bunch of restaurants and groceries from Bombay Grill in the north to Honest Indian/now Sankalp on the south end.

I wasn't familiar with Umiya, but apparently they moved there from a location off Plantside Drive. I had eaten at Milantoni two or three times. The food was decent but not outstanding.
Something that probably worked against Milantoni was access. You had to navigate a pothole minefield behind the gas station to get there, and trying to make a left turn onto Hurstbourne upon leaving was risky to say the least.
