Surprised I haven’t seen any mention of it on these boards. I’d say it was a very accurate depiction of life in food service. I’ve been out of the biz for 45+ years but after the first episode there it was….all that anxiety, living with a clinched gut, every shift worked at a hyper-manic speed. So difficult (for me) to watch, yet I understand that some people absolutely thrive on/in that life style. I’m appreciative that they do because I cannot. And I tip accordingly.

We watched both seasons on Netflix and enjoyed it. If they come back with another season I'm sure we'll watch.
