baker needed?

by Willie Myers » Thu Nov 30, 2023 10:25 am

h'lo again, all!
Ive got a "custom baking project". I need to get a cake called a "Chocolate Sin Cake" as offered by The Cafe Sbisa in New Orleans. I've got the recipe and I need this next week. It's the kind of project that I have - in the past - taken to Sqweet Surrender, but she's gone now, I think. I've tried Plehn's & Heintzman's and they don't want to mess with it (for a one-off).
Any thoughts out there?

hey Justin, thanks for that lead. I tied her a few days ago, but apparently she's not up for returning messages/requests...
But it was a goo lead - thanks again!

Strange. She got right back to me when I used her. I know her and her husband travel quite a bit, but would think they would have an auto reply turned on if they were gone.

She did some custom Red Sox cookies for me that were fantastic.
