Has anyone heard about it closing and/or restructuring?

Not many details, but the Courier Journal had a story last night (it's not behind the paywall):

I saw this on a FB page, and I'm sad to see it go:

"From NAPA: Sunday, Sept 10 will be the last day of Napa River Grill. Please join us for one last meal this week. Osteria Italian Seafood will be open Tuesday, Sept 26!"

Ha! You guys! I just came here to post about this.

Apparently they distributed an email to people on their list incorporating some other details. From a friend who's on the list:
Napa River Grill is closing as of tomorrow, Sunday. Late September it will open under new ownership as an Italian Seafood testaurant called Osteria. The new owner also owns Black Rabbit and Lou Lou and they will honor gift cards from Napa.

And now that I know to look for "Osteria," Roger Baylor had a thorough (as usual) piece in Food & Dining back in May. Worth the read:
