K'brunch by Taco N Madres

Coming soon the sign says, but don't know when, or what. Taco N Madres has been operating their truck at the corner of Goose Creek and Westport Road (where kfc once was, then Istanbul, followed by that brief Korean restaurant). They are opening a brick-n-mortar called K'brunch with (by?) Taco N Madres. We tried to go in to get more information, but apparently the patrons sitting inside eating were a part of a private party? as the doors were locked. I can't seem to find anything online - anyone have any info? Such an obscure location that doesn't seem to do well. I hope it's different this time.

I PM'd them and this was their response: "Hi the TN'M concept will remain . for Ka brunch we are working on some cery Mexican breakfast dishes we always focus on real flavor also we are taking our time because we are trying to put a team together and trainin them right so we can keep the same flavor .we are shooting for September 1st"
I've since asked for their current hours because we stopped by last night (Sunday) around 5 and the doors seemed to be locked despite diners inside (private dinner?). I'll post here once I hear back. Thx again!

I, too, was confused by the brunchy name and the afternoon hours. But I can vouch for the quality — the food truck’s birria was great, as was the aguachile. The aguachile was especially memorable — something about their combination of lime, serrano, pickled onion, and clove just gets me going. So I’ve got high expectations for this place!

Good to know, especially about their aguachile. I've been wanting to try both of those menu items for some time!

The restaurant is apparently now open every evening but Monday. Has anyone tried it yet?

According to Instagram, hours are 5-9:30 Tuesday-Thursday, 5-10 Friday and noon-10 Saturday-Sunday. On Taco Tuesdays, street tacos are $1.98, which sounds like a great deal.
